Women on Wings is collaborating with Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM) on its women entrepreneurship program that will generate a substantial number of extra jobs for rural women. To make this program successful, we are looking for a highly motivated project manager who will work with MAVIM, become part of Women on Wings’ core team and be based in Mumbai.
The project manager is the linking pin between MAVIM’s team and Women on Wings and manages the program’s aim to build MAVIM’s Tejaswini brand, so more products will be sold and extra jobs for women can be generated. The Tejaswini brand, an existing initiative of MAVIM, is the umbrella name under which a variety of products are sold that are being made by women in rural Maharashtra. By empowering a woman with a job and thus an income, better options for her family can happen.
