Project Manager, women entrepreneurship program
Joined the Women on Wings team in March 2022
With over seven years of experience in extensive on-ground support and senior-level planning in the rural development sector, extending her professional foundation is built upon an intersection of technical and management-oriented approaches to production and sustainable growth in rural India, with a Master’s in Agri-Business Management, a B.Tech. in Agricultural Engineering, and a Diploma in Food Safety & Quality Management.
At WoW, her expertise is further backed by strong support in collaborations with State Govt partnerships such as House of Himalayas, MAVIM, UMED and JSLPS with their state-level brands and key involvement in its functional areas. She is further engaged in developing central-level research and documentation frameworks that translate field insights and acquired knowledge into resources and scalable strategies, overall aiming to bridge the gap between grassroots interventions and high-level policy support to drive sustainable economic growth.
Prior to Women on Wings, she held integral roles including a Business Development Manager role focusing on project development for post-harvest management and livelihood augmentation, and a Project Coordinator role at ICAR-National Rice Research Institute leading FPCs, mobilization, production, QC, and market linkage.
