I believe in the Women on Wings vision, that the creation of jobs leads to self-confidence and self-reliance, thereby breaking the cycle of poverty; well directed, concrete and long term. Apart from the fulfillment it brings being part of this ‘movement’, it contributes to my work in the Netherlands as well. The new insights and different perspectives help me stay open minded and curious.
