Joined the Women on Wings team in February 2023
Gender equality and women empowerment has been recognized as the key tool for sustainable development of India. Women in rural India can become self-reliant and live with dignity when they get an opportunity to earn and contribute to their family income. Women on Wings has been working with state institutions and social enterprises to bring economic independence to rural Indian women.
As a member of the Women on Wings team, I aim to work with state government institution partners and leverage my corporate experience to contribute to our mission of co-creating one million jobs for women in rural India
