Shilpa Mittal Singh brings 25 years of experience in strategic management, P&L oversight, and business scaling to Women on Wings. Since 2015, she has spearheaded the organization’s operations in India, driving the transition from a founder-led organization to a professionally managed social impact consultancy.
Shilpa’s career is rooted in the corporate sector, where she held senior roles at ITC, Monster, and Zeno, specializing in market development and strategic marketing. An entrepreneur herself, she founded Spring Talent in 2008, a recruitment firm for C-suite professionals. At Women on Wings, she leverages this dual background – corporate rigor and entrepreneurial agility – to mentor social enterprises and consult with state governments on large-scale women’s entrepreneurship programs. She is a recognized expert in building sustainable, for-profit models that deliver measurable social ROI.
