Rahul serves as a Program Manager with nearly nine years of experience in livelihoods, enterprise development, and rural development, working across grassroots organizations, CSR programs, and multi-stakeholder initiatives in India. He earned a Master’s in Development from Azim Premji University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management from NIRD & PR.
Before joining Women on Wings, Rahul focused on programs focused on women’s entrepreneurship, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) , and rural value chains. At Reliance Foundation, he contributed to livelihood initiatives supporting women entrepreneurs and worked with multiple partners across states. At ACCESS Development Services, he strengthened agricultural value chains, enterprise development, and market opportunities for Farmer Producer Companies. His experience also includes working with NGOs, government institutions, corporate partners, and technical organizations to take programs from planning through implementation.
At Women on Wings, Rahul works with partners in Madhya Pradesh to strengthen women-led enterprises and FPOs, with a focus on enterprise growth, market linkages, partnerships and sustainable livelihoods..
