Through this collaboration with Women on Wings, I hope to contribute my private-sector experience and my understanding of the social-impact ecosystem to help women entrepreneurs build resilient, sustainable and growth-oriented businesses. I am particularly passionate about creating opportunities for women to access the knowledge, networks, resources and confidence they need to realise their potential and create livelihoods for themselves and others.
I see entrepreneurship as a powerful pathway to economic empowerment and inclusive growth. Through this collaboration, I hope to support women-led enterprises in strengthening their business models, improving their organisational capabilities and unlocking opportunities for sustainable scale. More broadly, I hope to contribute to an ecosystem where women are not only beneficiaries of economic development but active creators of jobs, value and positive social change.
My goal is to combine business expertise with empathy and a strong commitment to impact, helping create solutions that are commercially viable, socially responsible and sustainable over the long term.
