Financial Manager
Joined the Women on Wings team in June 2012
Jose has been the Financial Manager at Women on Wings since 2012, bringing over a decade of dedicated expertise to the organization. She holds a degree in accountancy and established her professional foundation at Ernst & Young, followed by a significant role as an internal controller. This background provides a robust combination of audit and bookkeeping experience that is essential to her work with Women on Wings.
In her current role, Jose is responsible for managing the consolidated annual accounts and preparing/overseeing the comprehensive audit process required for the CBF quality label in the Netherlands. Her meticulous approach ensures the financial transparency and integrity necessary to maintain our standing with Dutch regulatory bodies.
Jose is motivated by the opportunity to apply her financial rigor to a mission-driven environment. She is passionate about leveraging her professional DNA in accounting and internal control to strengthen the operational foundations of Women on Wings, ultimately supporting the creation of sustainable jobs for women in rural India.
