I am a development professional with over two decades of experience across corporate, philanthropic, and social sectors, driven by a strong commitment to women’s economic empowerment and inclusive development. With training in management, social policy, and a PhD focused on women’s empowerment, I have built my work around institution building, mentoring entrepreneurs, and designing scalable solutions for impact.
I have led and advised initiatives across livelihoods, skilling, health, and enterprise development, working with governments, foundations, and private sector partners. My experience includes strategic planning, managing complex programmes and funds, building partnerships, and mentoring women entrepreneurs to strengthen business models and scale sustainably. I am particularly passionate about supporting enterprises that generate livelihoods, create dignified jobs for women, and combine social purpose with financial resilience.
Through collaboration with Women on Wings, I hope to help women entrepreneurs scale market-led enterprises, expand opportunities for women’s employment, and contribute to sustainable social and financial impact at scale.
