Anoosha Singh leads operations, bringing over a decade of experience designing and operationalizing large-scale poverty eradication projects with government institutions such as Kudumbashree and the Ministry. With a dual background in Computer Science (B.Tech, Kerala University) and Social Work (MA, Tata Institute of Social Sciences), Anoosha specializes in bridging the gap between technical infrastructure and grassroots social reform.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with financial institutions and government bodies to deepen women’s participation in governance and the economy. At Women on Wings, she focuses on strategically implementing programs that offer women in rural areas market access and creating institutional frameworks for long-term growth. Her expertise spans policy crafting, field operations, and stakeholder management, ensuring that every intervention is both socially impactful and operationally sound.
She strongly believes that strategic and grassroots-level interventions can trigger large-scale social reform. She has built her career by focusing on improving women’s social and economic status.
