Adrianne is the lead for organizational development & sustainability at Women on Wings, bringing 25 years of experience in project management and consultancy. She holds an engineering degree from Delft University of Technology and gained seven years of foundational experience at a Dutch management firm. Prior to joining Women on Wings, Adrianne ran her own consultancy specializing in concept development, where she advised organizations on work and learning environments, managed project implementations, and led change management initiatives. She was also active in pioneering initiatives in circular economy in the Dutch building industry .
