Women on Wings focuses on empowering women in rural India through economic opportunities. We provide customized business consultancy to Indian social enterprises and government bodies, supporting the expansion of their operations so they can create more jobs and income for women.
Our unique model involves a network of over 60 experienced Dutch and Indian business professionals who provide pro bono, practical support in areas like business strategy, planning, sales, supply chain, marketing and finance.
Together with our team, this Indian-Dutch collaboration strengthens organizations and encourages lasting growth, leading to increased employment. We believe that empowering women drives progress across entire communities.
Our goal is a future where all women in rural India can achieve their full potential. So far since 2007 with our dedicated partners, experts, and funders, we have generated over 395,000 jobs. This highlights the impact of our social enterprise consulting and work in rural economic development to empower women in rural India.
