I am a business leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience across sales, distribution, supply chain, manufacturing and business transformation. I spent 16 years with Mars India, progressing through leadership roles across commercial and supply chain functions and gaining hands-on experience in building and scaling businesses in a rapidly evolving market.
At Mars, I led national sales and distribution, headed supply chain and planning, and subsequently led the commissioning and start-up of Mars India’s $70 million chocolate manufacturing facility. In my final role, I led business process and systems integration following the Mars-Wrigley merger. Since leaving the corporate world, I have pursued entrepreneurship, including ventures in supply chain and education, and currently lead PrepAhead, an education business focused on advanced mathematics and problem-solving.
Through Women on Wings, I hope to help women entrepreneurs build stronger, scalable and sustainable businesses by sharing practical experience in strategy, sales, operations and execution, while contributing to their larger goal of creating livelihoods and meaningful social impact.
