Seniors in Seva is a Trust, registered in 2022, with headquarters in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Founded by five batchmates from The Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), it is a platform offering pro bono consulting expertise to a wide range of grassroots and community based organisations, nonprofits and nascent farmer producer companies in India.
As of July 2026, they have 175 registered volunteers and 57 ongoing and completed projects.
Seventy expert volunteers have been placed as Independent Directors or Advisors on the Boards of All-Women Farmer Producer Companies.
Since inception, they have saved their partners Rs. 38 lakhs through pro bono consulting. Their volunteers support HR best practices, corporate governance, improved farming practices and market linkages, go-to -market strategies, upskilling and mentoring programs, AI adoption, fundraising strategies, and better proposal and report writing for sponsors.
Ninety percent of their work is online, and their volunteers have a wide skill profile, with strong corporate and development sector experience.
Women on Wings and Seniors in Seva are collaborating to increase the number of jobs and co-create livelihood opportunities for women in rural India.
