Mahesh Kokare is a Project Manager with over 17 years of experience across social development, CSR, microfinance, and business development, with a strong focus on livelihoods and women-led enterprises.

Prior to joining Women on Wings, he held key roles at Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM) and Small Industries Development Bank of India, where he specialized in microfinance, value chain development, and large-scale government-supported programs. He has worked extensively with diverse stakeholders, including leading academic and financial institutions, and holds a Master of Management Studies (Operations) from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai.

At Women on Wings, he manages rural enterprise development programs such as Nav Tejaswini and UMED. He leads business planning, branding, and market strategy, while driving product development, supply chain efficiencies, and scalable operational systems to strengthen women-led enterprises.
