Joined the Women on Wings team in February 2023
With over twenty years of experience in banking, corporate operations, marketing strategy, and education, she brings a strong professional foundation in Economics and Business Management to WoW. Prior to joining WoW, Shikha’s roles included corporate operations at HDFC Bank Ltd and Marketing Manager at TPV Technology Ltd, where she focused on marketing strategy and brand launches. She also has significant experience training and recruiting senior professionals and was an educator at an international school.
A firm advocate for equitable growth, she is convinced that providing access to meaningful work and strategic support for scaling businesses are critical components of building a more inclusive and balanced society.
At WoW, she currently manages the portfolio of Indian experts for the knowledge and expertise vertical. Her corporate background aligns strongly with WoW’s mission on impacting women’s livelihood and income. She has built a strong foundation in the development sector through her support in program management, including collaborations with state institution partners like MAVIM, Umed, and House of Himalayas. Her functional contributions in marketing, knowledge building, and impact measurement enable her to work effectively at the intersection of social impact and business growth.
