We recently wrapped an intensive, three-day onsite sales growth assignment with our partner, Gangpur Ventures, focusing on a clear roadmap to double sales growth by March 2026 and, most importantly, economic empowerment for rural women in India.
Our engagement was focused on building a scalable, profitable sales strategy for Gangpur Ventures’ Silage product.
Key deliverables:
- Sharpened strategy: Developed a robust Distributor Channel Development Plan and a new “Bill to Ship” distribution model to reach smaller farms effectively.
- Laser focus: Implemented territory mapping and assignment, bringing sharper focus and accountability to the sales team’s field operations.
- Confidence: Provided the GV team with a deeper understanding of relationship nurturing and customer engagement.
