Eligible to receive Women on Wings’ consulting?
Contact us if your Indian organization meets the following criteria for Women on Wings’ pro bono consultancy and mentoring.
- You are established for at least three years and currently profitable,
or aim for revenue in one to two years - You require support in one or more business areas that we specialize
(see the ‘Our expertise’ section above) - You already create employment in your value chain for at least
250 women in rural India, either directly or indirectly - You pay fair compensation to employees – either salaries or per-piece rates
- You show commitment to increasing women employed in rural areas
- You produce labor-intensive product, to maximize job opportunities
