Women on Wings explores partnership with IFAD and government of Uttarakhand

A team of Women on Wings recently visited various project areas of IFAD supported Integrated Livelihood Support Project (ILSP) in the state of Uttarakhand. The purpose was to identify possible partnership with the IFAD project and the state government for building the capacities of the community institutions created under ILSP and State Rural Livelihood Mission towards sustainable business models. Their visit was supported by government officials and was covered in Uttarakhand’s newspaper the Doonited India.

“Fantastic experts, board members, employees and other stakeholders support us in our work and share the same ambition: to take rural families out of poverty by creating employment for women.”
