“Gender equality and women empowerment has been recognized as the key tool for sustainable development of India. Women in rural India can become self-reliant and live with dignity when they get an opportunity to earn and contribute to their family income. Women on Wings is contributing to their economic independence by sharing knowledge with our business partners that generate jobs for rural women. I am motivated to contribute to this cause and make use of my corporate experience to make a positive impact.
The Women on Wings community platform gives us the opportunity to communicate with our business partners, experts, and other stakeholders. As a part of the Women on Wings team, I aim to facilitate sharing of ideas, information, and further awareness among the members of the community.”
