Having grown up in India, I witnessed first-hand, the emergence of the educated and economically independent woman over the last few decades, and the highly positive impact it has had on her family and community at large. This has drawn me towards the work Women on Wings is doing precisely in this area – helping women in rural India realize their potential and become economically independent.
Have spent a career in IT helping organizations large and small achieve their business objectives, optimize cost and maximize productivity through the use of technology, I believe the right use of technology and more importantly, data can help bring meaningful insights enabling better outcomes for Indian social enterprises and government institutions that Women on Wings closely work with.
