I have always been passionate about empowering women and believe that every woman should have the opportunity to create a better future for herself. In my work, I have often given young women the opportunity to develop even when the position required more experience at the time.
Now that I have been in the HR profession for over 25 years, it is time to dedicate myself to create opportunities for women in other parts of the world. I am excited to contribute to this through Women on Wings.
