Joined the Women on Wings team in April 2026
Tautik is a strategy and operations consultant with over 25 years of experience across the corporate and development sectors. He specializes in translating complex strategies into practical, ground-level execution. Throughout his career, he has consulted for over 100 organizations and spearheaded the training of 10,000+ women across six countries, driving scalable models for economic inclusion.
Prior to joining Women on Wings in April 2026, Tautik held leadership roles at firms like Technopak. His foundation at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) shaped his expertise in systems thinking. He has also advised global institutions, including the World Bank, UNDP, and UNICEF, on livelihood initiatives across Asia, Europe, and Africa.
At Women on Wings, Tautik leads knowledge management, research, and impact measurement. Outside of work, he is a long-distance runner who finds that both rural development and marathons require the same patience, consistency, and commitment to the process.
