“145.000 jobs for Indian rural women” revealed at 7th anniversary

On 29th September, while celebrating her 7th anniversary, Women on Wings revealed the creation of 145,000 jobs for women in rural India. The impact: two meals a day and a better existence for 145,000 Indian families. And 435,000 children can enjoy (better) education.

The celebration took place at AkzoNobel in Amsterdam, one of the partners of Women of Wings. The theme of the evening was HUMAN CAPITAL. 35 of the 60 Women on Wings experts were present at the party. Enthusiastically they shared their stories working with the Women on Wings business partners, with whom we co-create jobs for women in rural India.
