The job growth measured by Indian entrepreneurs working with Women on Wings is almost 7,000 in Q1 of 2014. With these new jobs, a total of 108,150 women are now enjoying an income due to successful business activities by these companies. Ellen Tacoma, co-founder of Women on Wings: “A good understanding, a clear planning cycle and a strong motivation by our Indian business partners is really paying off. We are proud that our mission of 1 million jobs for women in rural India is still within reach.”
