Women on Wings just celebrated its 16th anniversary and we are proud to share that we continue to grow. Since we started collaborating with various government institutions in India, the number of workshops and the number of experts and staff members have been increasing. The need for an HR manager to take up all the responsibilities to execute our plans and keep everyone in our community engaged has therefore also grown. To meet current and future needs we aim to expand our core team with a highly motivated HR & Expert Relations Manager in the Netherlands.
Main purpose of the job
The HR & Expert Relations Manager is responsible for all HR tasks and activities for Women on Wings and will also engage, maintain and expand our expert base to ensure sufficient expert capacity, availability and capability to cater to the needs of and provide business support to the social enterprises in India.

Women on Wings’ mission is to take families in rural India out of poverty through economic development. Our goal is to co-create one million jobs for women in rural India in an economically profitable and sustainable way. So far, we co-created 333,400 jobs. We provide professional business knowledge and mentoring to Indian social enterprises and government institutions. By scaling their business and women entrepreneurship programs, we co-create extra jobs for rural women. We work with business professionals (our experts) mainly from the Netherlands who share their knowledge pro-bono. Our core team, that designs and runs the day-to-day business, comprises professionals from India and the Netherlands.
