It was an important year for Women on Wings; 2011. The number of experts grew, as did turnover, and the number of jobs doubled. The organization also stepped up in terms of professionalization.
The core team that runs the day to day business expanded in HR, Finance and Communication. In 2011, this core team worked with fifty Dutch experts and three consultants, making a total of 1,583 work days to realize targets. The total number of jobs by the end of 2011 was 12,413; double the result in 2010.
